Largest fossil shown in picture is 5 inches long, and all were found in Liasic clays

This is the largest known Belemnite species, and can grow up to 18 inch in length

Picture show three complete specimens of various lengths, and very well preserved.

Belemnites are fossilised remains of what was called a guard, and the guard was an internal organ inside a creature which resembles a squid.
